WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE USER
If a user provides a wrong address or if the mentioned address is not full, we make sure we call/email the customer for a correct address before shipping the product. If the product is already shipped and the request comes in for a change of address, we try to get the order back mid ways but if the product is not shipped, the user can write an email and we can ship the product to the updated address.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD
Worry not, if you cannot remember your password, you can click on the forgot password link on the sign in page and a confirmation mail will be sent to your email. Once you get the confirmation mail, you can change your password from there.
HOW DO I CREATE A SHOPPING ACCOUNT?
There are multiple ways OutonTrip allows you to create a shopping account. You can use our Facebook or Google login services or create an account using your email address and a password.
APPLYING A DISCOUNT COUPON
If you already have a coupon that is valid to your order date and for the products that you are ordering, you can use the coupon code on the checkout page on the option to avail the offers.
WHY DO YOU NEED MY EMAIL ADDRESS?
We need your email address to send you to update on the tracking of your product and also send you a copy of Invoice for your purchase with order Id mentioned on it.

Shipping
DO YOU PROVIDE DISCREET PACKAGING?
We provide complete discreet packaging. There is an OutonTrip packet below the main discreet brown box which helps the user to keep his packet secret and does not let your dad freak out.
YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
No Problem. Just report it to high@outontrip.com within 2 days of your delivery and we will arrange a pickup for the current order and re-schedule the order. Also, a guaranteed coupon code for your next order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Typically, in NCR region we take 1-2 days for the packet to be delivered. In Tier 1 cities it takes 3-5 days rest cities it takes 5-7 days for our logistics partner to deliver the packet.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Experience best customer service throughout the process of being our customer. If there is any fault in the product or you have got the wrong order, please report it to us within 10 days, we will arrange a pickup and change your product. Also, we will give you a coupon code which you can avail of your next order.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER DELIVERY?
As soon as your order is dispatched from the warehouse, a mail is shot to the user with the logistics company information and tracking number in the same order. You can go to the portal of the logistics provider and track your status easily.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO WE USE FOR DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT?
We use services like FedEx, Blue Dart, First Flight and Aramex for getting your product delivered safely at the destination.
WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED?
It usually takes 3-5 days for the orders to be delivered outside Delhi. For Delhi, it takes not more than 2 days. If you have a special request, drop an email and we can do a premium shipping for your order. Do write an email to high@outontrip.com and we will push your order to be delivered asap.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we are catering to our customers based in India only. If you have anything special that you want from our store, feel free to write an email to high@outontrip.com and we can get it delivered.
Payment
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE AND HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT WITH OUTONTRIP?
Currently, we have secured our payment process with PAYU payments. You can use Credit, Debit, and Netbanking as a mode of payments on our website. There are certain pin codes where we offer Cash for Delivery services. It basically covers all the tier 1 & tiers 2 cities across India.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT, I WANT MY REFUND
Please report this within 10 days of your order if the shipment hasn't reached you. We will track down your shipment and make sure it reaches. In case you do not want the shipment because of the delay, please write to us and we will refund your payments. The refund payments will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited to your account.
IS CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE FOR ALL THE PIN CODES?
There are certain pin codes where our Cash on Delivery is not available. All the tier 1 and Tier 2 cities will have COD facility. You can check it by placing the pin code in the address option if it serviceable or not.
YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT
Do not worry if you received a damaged product. Report it to us within 2 days of the product delivery and we will refund the amount or get a new packet delivered to your address.
