1. Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping for all orders.
2. Order Processing Time
Any order placed before 10 am will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after 10 am will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
3. Shipping Timeframes
The standard shipping timeframe is 2-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination.
4. Shipping Costs
For Prepaid Orders:
- Standard Shipping: ₹69
- Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹1999
For Cash on Delivery Orders:
- ₹99 for orders below ₹999
- ₹150 for orders below ₹1999
- ₹200 for orders below ₹2999
- ₹250 for orders above ₹3000
5. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
6. Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Bongs, chillums, any glass, or clay items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are anywhere used or opened.
7. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped and the courier partner picks up the parcel, you will receive tracking details on your registered email id and phone number.
